How do I order a portrait?

- Just send a photo (with some resolution, to be faithful to the photos, I need to see the details) to my email: helena.reis.art @ gmail.com, and the specifics of the portrait: how will the background be (gray or color), a phrase, etc..
I just need some anticipation (eg for Christmas), hastily drawn pictures do not look good, and for very tight deadlines the portrait can be refused.

How to proceed with the payment and delivery?

- The prices include packing and shipping.
Payment is made via Paypal upon completion and approval of the drawing, is then sent on the same day or next business day by Registered Mail.


What is A2? A3? ...

A2- 42.0 cm x 59.4 cm (approx. 16.5"x 23.3")
A3 29.7 cm x 42.0 cm (approx.11.5"x 16.5")
A4- 21.0 cm x 29.7 cm (approx.8.2"x 11.5")
A5- 14.8 cm x 21.0 cm (approx.5.5"x 8.2")

Can you help me choose the photo?

Absolutely! Send me your favorite pictures and I´ll advise you on what works best in portrait.

What materials do you use?

- A charcoal portrait is something special, that can pass from generation to generation, so only use professional quality materials such as paper Canson Drawing, Pencil and Charcoal Derwent Watercolor Holbein (for background).
